NIVRO (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital, software-as-a-service (SaaS) credit-based subscriptions and credit top-up products. Because our products consist of immediate access to digital generation credits and resources, we enforce a strict refund policy as detailed below.
1) Free Trials and Account Registration
We may offer free trials or early access options to allow users to experience our SEO and social media generation systems before committing to a paid plan.
- Trial Period: If you register for a subscription that includes a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel your plan before the trial period expires.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time during your trial via your account dashboard or billing portal.
2) No-Refund Policy
Except as required by applicable local law or as specifically outlined in this policy, all purchases, subscription plan payments, and credit top-ups are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Immediate Consumption: Generating SEO articles, Pinterest pins, and Facebook posts consumes real-time API integrations, resources, and credits. Once a purchase is complete and credits are allocated to your account, the service is deemed delivered.
- No Pro-Rata Refunds: Canceled subscriptions remain active for the remainder of your paid billing period (monthly, 6-month, or annual). No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for the unused days of a billing cycle.
- Credit Forfeiture: Upon subscription termination or expiry, any remaining credits expire and are reset to `0`. These cannot be returned, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit.
3) Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
We strive for customer satisfaction and may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit adjustment under specific circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a system-wide bug or service interruption prevents you from using your allocated credits, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing Errors: If you are double-charged or billed an incorrect amount due to a payment gateway error. In such cases, please notify us immediately.
Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4) How to Request Assistance
If you experience technical issues or believe a billing error has occurred on your account, please contact our support team. Your request must include your registered email address, subscription details, and a clear description of the issue.
