Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NIVRO collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our services.
Effective date: 01-15-2026 • Last updated: 01-26-2026
NIVRO (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website nivro.io and related products, including the web app and APIs (the “Service”). By using the Service, you understand that we will process information as described in this policy.
1) Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information from third-party services you choose to connect.
- Account information: name, email address, and sign-in identifiers (we do not collect third-party passwords).
- Workspace settings: scheduling preferences, destination preferences, automation rules, and configuration you set.
- Support communications: messages you send us (and attachments, if any) to help troubleshoot and respond.
- Usage and log data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
- Cookies: used for essential functions like authentication, security, and preferences.
2) Connected third-party services (example: Pinterest)
If you connect a third-party service, the connection is handled through OAuth. You authorize NIVRO to access limited data and perform actions on your behalf according to the permissions you approve.
- OAuth tokens: access tokens (and refresh tokens where available) to perform requested actions.
- Account identifiers: basic metadata needed to show integration status.
- Boards information: board IDs and names (to select where content is published).
- Publishing results: IDs, status, and error messages returned by the connected platform.
You can revoke an integration anytime from the third-party service settings or by disconnecting it in NIVRO (when available).
3) How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service (accounts, authentication, preferences, automations).
- Enable integrations (connect accounts and execute requested actions).
- Provide support (respond and troubleshoot).
- Improve and secure the platform (monitor, debug, prevent abuse, enhance features).
- Comply with legal obligations and protect rights and safety.
4) How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed:
- Service providers: hosting, security, monitoring, email delivery, and support vendors under confidentiality obligations.
- Connected platforms: requests sent to third-party services (like Pinterest) to publish/schedule content you request.
- Legal & safety: if required by law or necessary to protect rights, users, and the Service.
5) Data retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Integration tokens are kept while active and removed when you disconnect or request deletion (subject to technical and legal constraints).
6) Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. If you believe your account is compromised, contact us.
7) Your choices and rights
- Access, update, or delete: you may request access/correction/deletion of personal data by contacting us.
- Disconnect integrations: revoke third-party access anytime.
- Cookies: manage cookies through your browser settings (some are essential).
8) Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies directly.
9) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when changes are published.
