Payment Policy
This Payment Policy details billing, subscription changes, cancellation, and credit rules for the NIVRO platform.

By purchasing a subscription, credit top-up, or participating in a trial plan on NIVRO, you agree to the payment terms and system rules described below.
1) Payment Methods and Billing Security
All financial transactions are handled securely through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe during checkout.
- No Stored Passwords or Card Details: NIVRO does not store your payment card details or credentials on our servers. All sensitive billing details are securely handled directly by Stripe.
- Billing Cycles: Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan interval selected during checkout (e.g., Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual).
2) Subscription Upgrades and Credit Rollovers
You may change your subscription tier or billing frequency through your dashboard settings. Our platform applies the following system rules:
- Upgrades: Upgrading subscription plans takes effect immediately, granting additional credits and access privileges.
- Credit Rollovers: Unused credits from your previous subscription plan will roll over to your new plan upon upgrading or changing plans.
- Rollover Expiration: Important: These rolled-over credits are temporary and will expire at the end of the previous plan's original billing cycle. When the old subscription's period ends, any remaining credits that rolled over will be deducted from your account balance.
3) Cancellation and Account Gating
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Customer Portal accessible from your account settings page.
- Pending Cancellation (Canceling): Canceled plans remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. Your account status is marked as `canceling` during this period, and you retain access to all platform features.
- Subscription Expiry & Reset: When the billing period ends and the subscription is officially
canceled:
- Access to the SEO Engine and social media generators (Articles, Pinterest, Facebook, Pillar Articles) is immediately locked.
- All remaining credits are reset to `0` and forfeited.
4) One-Time Credit Top-Ups
In addition to subscriptions, NIVRO may offer one-time credit top-ups. Credit top-ups are paid immediately, added to your purchased credits balance, and do not trigger recurring monthly billing. One-time credit top-ups do not prevent subscription gating if your primary subscription expires.
5) Billing Management and Invoices
You can use the Stripe Customer Portal to view your invoice history, download receipt PDFs, update card information, and change billing details. If you have any billing discrepancies or questions about an invoice, please contact support.
